JOBS

Brooklyn Film Festival is looking for a Production Manager.

BFF is looking for a dedicated, organized, and responsible individual with some experience in event management, strong communication and good computer skills. We are currently working on our 27th annual edition which will run at several Brooklyn venues over the course of 10 days – May 31 – June 9

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)::

  • Planning daily operations
  • Preparing operational schedules and coordinating activities.
  • Communicating with, collecting and organizing artwork from sponsors to be forwarded to design team
  • Supervising the production of BFF’s promotional materials (i.e. film brochure, poster).
  • Organizing pick-up and delivery of technical equipment and vendor’s products
  • Getting involved in the pre-production and production of the festival TV commercial and film trailer
  • Setting up and breaking down all venues
  • Maintain and update BFF sponsor’s database and production calendar
  • Interviewing, hiring, and ultimately assigning responsibilities to all volunteers
  • We need to fill the position from March 15 – June 15 (starting day is potentially flexible).

This is a very rewarding experience and it is a paid job.

Job Type: Freelance Contract

Salary: Based on Experience

Experience: Production management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver’s License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
