Synopsis
What initially appears to us to be a fragmentation of most personal conversations unravels into an inventory of three women about their restrictive environment, invisible abuse and ingrained thought patterns. Citing the familiar mechanisms of an era thought to be past, we see various images of masculinity shot on 16mm, which simultaneously refer to the immediate commonplaceness of the reports.

About the director
Christiane Muñoz' multidisciplinary work follows an intersectional approach, focusing on the contemporary role and experiential world of women in western societies, while combining and collecting testimonies of the Latin American diaspora which she belongs to.
After studying experimental film and photographic art at Kassel School of Arts and Design, Christiane Muñoz continues her studies at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg as a directing student.
