Synopsis
Joko is a young man, supporting his entire family from his tanker job. On the second anniversary of his employment, Joko and his fellow workers are surprised by a meeting with unspecified foreign delegates who order...him to carry himself on his back. At first, Joko rebels against this humiliating practice, but he relents under peer pressure and the desire to earn a good salary. The delegates begin to increasingly dominate the boy. Red blisters appear on Joko's back, and one of the wearers can't get away from his back. Every subsequent delegate who touches Joko sticks to him.
About the director
Izabela Plucińska is a multi-awarded Polish animator and director who lives and works in Berlin. She has developed her own technique for creating animated films: she films figures that she herself makes from clay and plasticine. Thanks to the developed, special way of animation, the director manages to achieve the effect of smooth penetration of colors and even "painting" with plasticine.
