Synopsis
Love me Tender is a short animated comedy by Betina Bożek about the absurdities of online dating. The protagonist, emotionally attached to his vacuum cleaner, tries his luck on the "t" app. Through a series of failed dates, he encounters a gesticulating foodie, a distant loner, and a woman in leopard print. Surrealism, humor, and melancholy lead to the "Lonely Hearts Club," where, unable to find love, he returns to his beloved ritual—vacuuming.
About the director
Betina Bożek is an animated film director and illustrator. She completed her studies with a diploma specializing in animation. She has created several animated films that have been appreciated all over the world (Oh God, The Land of Whim). She is a winner of international competitions, artistic scholarships, and film festivals.
