Synopsis
Feeling adrift in the quiet exhaustion of marriage and parenthood, a couple buys a live-in AI domestic to help keep their lives afloat — only to discover that “Rodrigo” might be a better partner than either of them.
About the director
Jacob Vaughan is a writer, director, and editor for TV and Film. He is known for his films Bad Milo! (2013), and Home Safe (2025). He directed episodes of the TV series Dead Silent (2020). He served as an editor and/or assistant editor on Black Rock (2012), Jeff Who Lives at Home (2011), Cyrus (2010), and In Search of a Midnight Kiss (2007) which won an Independent Spirit Award. In 2003 he produced, shot and edited thendependent Spirit Award nominated film Dear Pillow.
