Synopsis
Amid a painful self‑managed abortion, a young woman finds unexpected solace in a phone call with her friend.
About the director
Cayla Berejikian is a New York–based writer, director, and actress. A graduate of New York University, she has appeared in a range of independent films. She works as a teaching artist, having taught acting at the New York Film Academy and in other educational settings. With a background in playwriting and stage directing, her work is grounded in performance and character-driven storytelling. She recently transitioned into filmmaking and is currently developing her first feature-length film.
