About the director

For Shad Clark, writing and directing are equal parts imagination and reaction. His work may largely be fiction but it's informed and inspired by current events, science and technology, social ills, and imminent possibility. Shad's original screenplay OTHERNESS won "Best SciFi/Horror" at Creative Screenwriting Magazine's Screenwriting Expo Competition. His directorial debut, ANONYMITY, won "Best Horror" at the Alameda International Film Festival, was selected for multiple other festivals both domestically and internationally, as well as broadcast on the Independent Film Channel. A feature version of ANONYMITY also went into development with Sony Screen Gems. Currently, Shad has numerous projects in various stages of development, including OTHERNESS and THE CENSOR.
