Jonathan made Dene Drum Songs in Gahnı̨ hthah for the love of the Dene Drum that is very special to the people of the Dene. The Drum represents the heartbeat of the human spirit. The Dene is very connected to the land and to mother earth. This documentary is about that connection to the Drum. Jonathan’s next short documentary is called “Dene on the Land” which will be coming out this summer.
