Synopsis
Inspired by the announcement of his mother's wedding, filmmaker Simon Ruscinski feels compelled to make a movie for her. It takes much longer than anticipated.

About the director
Simon Ruscinski and Gabby Tomlinson are filmmakers from Toronto, Ontario. Their fictional and non-fictional works currently operate as filmic time capsules; formally and thematically striving to make the pain of everyday life serve some higher purpose. They are also quite funny. Their work has screened at the Brooklyn Film Festival, the Future of Film Showcase, the Art Gallery of Hamilton, the Kingston Canadian Film Festival, the Milwaukee Underground Film Festival, among others, and has been made available to stream online on CBC Gem and NoBudge. Having worked together for almost a decade, this is their first project as co-directors. They are currently developing their first feature film.
