About the director
Giorgio Miraflor is a multi award-winning Filipino-American filmmaker and actor based in Brooklyn, NY. Starting off as solely an actor in the independent film scene in Tampa, to getting a Masters in Filmmaking at the University of East London; he now continues to do both, looking to share diverse stories and underrepresented voices and faces through his short films. He is also a proud member of the film collective GYALDEM: where they develop and produce narrative-based shorts and specialty branded content that make you belly-laugh, ugly-cry, and maybe even remind you to call yo momma.
