synopsis Young Erno struggles to jog. He clutches his stomach with his hand and winces with pain as he hobbles through a deserted farmland. His white socks are gathering mud with each step. It is clear that even though Erno is in torturous pain, it is not safe for him to stop. director Ariel Kleiman began creating short films while studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the prestigious Melbourne University. Despite great pressure from his family to continue with his scientific studies, Ariel transferred to the Victorian College of the Arts in 2007. The films that Ariel shot during his time at the College have begun to create a stir amongst audiences worldwide. Ariel is also a founding member of [STOOL PIGEON], a young multidisciplinary production company, who specialize in film, music video, photography and multimedia design. Ariel is currently in his final year at the Victorian College of the Arts.
